General Terms & Conditions

Amarclub is an online betting platform offering Sports Betting, live casino, and other entertainment services to members in Bangladesh and other approved regions. Use of Amarclub services is subject to the general terms outlined below.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
• All information provided to amarclub must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person is permitted to hold only one account — any additional accounts discovered will be closed.
• Betting on behalf of others or operating as part of a professional syndicate is strictly prohibited.

Account & Registration

To open an account on amarclub, a valid mobile number and accurate personal details are required. Information provided at registration may be verified at any time. The KYC process may require a copy of your National ID or passport.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to support@amarclub.life immediately.
• Your account may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
• If any account details change (phone number, email), please update them promptly.
• Amarclub reserves the right to hold large withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

Opening an account on amarclub is free. There are no registration or monthly membership fees. However, a maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) — you will be notified by email in advance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on amarclub are processed through secure payment gateways. Deposits and withdrawals are currently available via bKash, Nagad, and selected banks.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum per day: ৳5,00,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Daily maximum varies according to your account tier.
• The method used for deposits must generally match the method used for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in someone else's name are not permitted.

Funds deposited are assumed to be intended for betting or gaming purposes. Deposits are credited to your balance immediately, and any pending bonus will be applied automatically.

Betting Rules

Amarclub supports betting on Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games. The following general rules apply to all bet types.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except where a live cash-out feature is available.
• Amarclub reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a system error that produced abnormally high or low values.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, the bet stake is generally refunded — though sport-specific rules may apply.
• If any single leg of a parlay bet is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding that leg.
• For live betting delays caused by network issues, amarclub will determine the outcome after officially confirming the result.
• Accounts found to exhibit suspicious betting patterns — such as match fixing or use of insider information — will be subject to investigation.

Amarclub is committed to full transparency at all times. In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, the official match result will be considered final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the result being announced.

Bonuses & Promotions

Amarclub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which can be found on the promotions page. General bonus rules are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• While a bonus is active, bets generally need to have minimum odds of 1.50 to count towards the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• It is generally not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — you must complete the wagering requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Amarclub reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus or promotion — though this will not affect benefits already in progress.

Privacy & Data Protection

Responsible Betting

• Deposit Limit: You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

Account Suspension & Restrictions

Amarclub reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances. Such action is generally taken following an investigation, though serious violations may result in immediate action.

• Opening an account or updating information using false details.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Manipulating the bonus system or engaging in collusion betting.
• Making fraudulent payments or filing chargebacks.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Being a minor or assisting a minor in creating an account.

To close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be fully refunded upon voluntary closure.

Limitation of Liability

Amarclub provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. While we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service, Amarclub's liability is limited in the following circumstances.

• When a bet is missed or delayed due to an internet connection failure.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to unexpected technical issues.
• When a loss occurs due to issues with the member's own device or network.

Amarclub performs routine daily maintenance, typically scheduled between 3–5 AM, with advance notice provided. In the event of emergency maintenance, members will be notified as promptly as possible.

Changes to Terms

Amarclub reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via their registered mobile number or email.

• Minor updates (spelling corrections, clarifications) may be made without prior notice.
• Members will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any changes to core terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
